Pug-O-Ween 2010! Omaha's Largest Pug Gathering!

Pug-O-Ween was recently held on October 24th from 12-4pm at the National Guard Armory in Omaha. The event was a fundraiser for the group Pug Partners of Nebraska, a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and re-homing pugs in need. 

This was the second annual Pug-O-Ween for the group. Over 600 people and their four-legged friends joined in on the action. Jordy from Omaha.net was kind enough to help judge the costume contest. In addition, there were pug races, silent auctions, raffle items, kid activities, and vendors. 

The group raised over $8,000 for their cause and plans to pay off veterinary bills and to keep on rescuing more pugs in need.
