Theresa Jehlik

Theresa Jehlik is the Branch Manager of the Benson Branch of the Omaha Public Library. She moved to Omaha from Western Canada in 1980 when her husband took a “one year job” at Creighton University. The Jehlik’s have been here ever since.
She lives in Ponca Hills in North Omaha. Her children like going to OJ’s Cafe (9201 North 30th Street) for Mexican food, while she’s a big fan of Finicky Franks (11909 Calhoun Road).
As her daughter says, “Why would I want to move from Omaha? Everything’s here!”
