Vice President of Kids4Peace International
Dr. Yakir Englander is Vice President of Kids4Peace International and previously was Director of Kids4Peace Israel and Palestine. Dr. Englander is currently a Visiting Professor of Religious Studies at Northwestern University. In 2011, Dr. Englander received the Berlinsky-Sheinfeld Award for Change in Israeli Society from The Israel Council of Higher Education, for his work in Kids4Peace.
Kids4Peace is an organization that teaches youth from Israel and the Palestinian Territories skills in peace building, confl ict resolution,and tolerance.
