Dragon's Lair 10% Off 234x60There are few enthusiasts as passionate as those in the comic and gaming community. With almost 35 years at the same location, and a selection that’ll make any collector salivate, Dragon’s Lair Comics has proven themselves a store with a passion equal to their fans.

Actually, Dragon’s Lair Comics is two such stores. Aside from the main location on Blondo, there’s a second branch in Millard (5022 S 153rd St in the Walnut Grove Plaza, phone #: 895-5653).

Both stores aim to fulfill all an Omaha comic collector could possibly need, with weekly shipments of new comics, and a supply of collectors comics decades in the making. Their collection goes a lot deeper than just the typical comic book heroes – Batman, Superman, Spiderman, and X-men. They have enough comics to fill both stores and then some, so if you don’t see it, ask! They’ll find what you are looking for.

In addition to comics, Dragon’s Lair carries games of all types:

  • fantasy role playing games (Dungeons and Dragons, Advanced D & D, GURPS, Rifts)
  • strategy and wargames (Axis and Allies, Carcasone, Settlers of Catan)
  • Games Workshop games (Lord of the Rings, Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer 40k)
  • collectible card games (Magic: The Gathering, Yu-gi-oh!, & more)

Dragon's Lair MiniaturesDragon’s Lair MiniaturesIn addition to games, Dragon’s Lair carries a wide selection of miniatures (from major brands like Reaper), and feature’s Omaha largest selection of Anime DVDs for rent at their Blondo location. They even carry a full selection of Manga!

However, if you want to truly experience what makes Dragon’s Lair special, you have to stop by for their daily game nights, which run the gamut from hardcore D&D to family favorites like Board Game Night!

This list changes frequently, so it’s best to call ahead to make sure the game you’re interested in is still being hosted on a given night:
