Rally to Restore Sanity Omaha

In the spirit of Jon Stewart’s Rally to Restore Sanity and Stephen Colbert’s March to Keep Fear Alive, both in Washington, DC, Omaha is holding its own political event! 8:30am - Meet at Memorial park at 8:30 am. Please bring your own appropriate banners and signs. The rally will proceed along Dodge Street by the campus of UNO. We cannot rally using the pedestrian overpass because it is illegal, but we can use it to cross the street. Wrap up the rally by 10:30am. 10:45am - Meet at the Slowdown Bar (21 AND OVER ONLY!) who have allowed us to use their space to watch the rally in DC on the big screen. There will be special speakers present! This will go on until 2pm. 2:30pm - the Nebraska vs. Missouri game starts begins, and all are more than welcome to stay and watch!
