Gentle, nurturing and fun, this 6-week yoga class teaches a series of yoga postures and breathing techniques designed to bring awareness and relaxation to your body. It’s not about burning calories, it’s about finding balance and maintaining harmony. Open to women in their second and third trimesters. Led by Leah Casper, RYT.
