ICAN, the Institute for Career Advancement Needs, will be hosting the 2010 Women’s Leadership Conference, bringing together over 1,500 women for a day of learning, inspiration and connection.

We sat down with Executive Director Mary Prefontaine to learn more about ICAN and this year’s conference.
