Price: $35 and $15 materials fee
This two-day hands-on seminar covers canning, freezing and drying of fresh vegetables and fruits of the season. If you have a garden full of fresh produce and are wondering what to do with it, this class is for you. There will be a $15 lab fee for supplies, payable in class, to purchase jars, salts, etc. You must attend both sessions to take home canned vegetables.
Please note: seminar runs from 9 a.m.-noon both days.
