All ages are invited to journey from Kansas to Oz and back again for a FREE Interactive "Sing Along with The Wizard of Oz” on Saturday, January 28, 2012.
Saint Bernard Catholic School, located at 3604 N 65th Street, will host the event. The family-friendly festivities will begin when the doors open at 6:15 p.m. and the movie beginning at 7 p.m. The first 125 kids will receive a free “Interactive Fun Pack,” including a kazoo, mystical bubbles, a magic wand and more. Blow bubbles for Glenda the Good Witch and participate in a myriad of other fun activities.
Audience members are encouraged to dress as their favorite “Wizard of Oz” character. Munchkins, flying-monkeys, and twisters are all welcome. Prizes will be awarded for imagination and creativity, so bring out your “inner-Oz”!
The movie will be held in the gym so make sure you bring your blankets to sit on. Concessions will be open and all children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
