Find Your Happiness- Part 1- Mini Writings with Tamara Stier
Are you happy – really happy? Join Tamara Stier for a two part series teaching you to use the Law of Attraction on a day to day practical level. This class includes a presentation along with hands on practice using the Happiness Formula to create the life of your dreams. The first step in the process is to determine what you want - what will make you truly happy. Based upon this exercise, one item from your list will be brought out using a mini writing process. Pens and paper will be provided for this exercise. This process will help you change how you think to a more positive mind set. During Part 2 of this series a mini-vision board will be created – so there will be 'homework' of printing or cutting out pictures prior to the next meeting – but we promise it will be fun 'homework'.
