Organizer: Omaha Integrative Care for Fertility
Breathe, stretch and re-connect as a couple by setting aside time to take a yoga class together. Designed specifically for couples coping with fertility-related issues, the class is taught by experienced instructors from Omaha Yoga & Bodyworks Center. It incorporates mutually supportive poses to promote awareness, reduce stress and find balance. Class specially designed for those with fertility concerns, but is appropriate for all couples.
Class will recur every other Saturday in the month of October!
