The Brad Johnson Fundraiser
Brad was injured on July 4th of this year. A compression injury to his C6 has left him paralyzed from the chest down. After surgery and aggressive therapy, Brad is home and is ready to start the next phase of treatment. Funds for medical bills, extended physical therapy, medical equipment and modifications to his home are needed.
According to a study initiated by the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, there are nearly 1 in 50 people living with paralysis — approximately 6 million people. It means that we all know someone — a child, brother, sister, friend, neighbor, or colleague — living with paralysis.
We are having a fundraiser on November 10th to help Brad with his next steps. The fundraiser will be filled with raffles, spaghetti feed, kid’s creative booths, kid’s games, a silent auction, holiday shopping items, bake sale, clowns, magician AND spinal cord injury education and prevention and the NE game will be on the big screen. Some of the auction and raffle items include 2 iPad's, 3 flat screen tv's, Kindle Fire, 1 week stay in Breckenridge Colorado, craft items, wine baskets, gift certificates and much much more.
Please help us make this event a success.
