It was on this date in 1887 when founder Erastus Benson plotted the land which is now Benson.

Saturday July 18. 10 am-4 pm The opportunity to see up to 14 gardens
for only $10.. All proceeds go to the Omaha Parks Foundation for the
new Playground Equipment at Benson parks like Lions Park on Blondo.
