Have you thought about meditating but you're just not sure how to get started? Would you like to learn how to tap into your intuitive self? Do you need to relax, reduce stress, lower your blood pressure? Did you know meditating has proven medical benefits and aids in the development of your intuitive gifts? Whether you've never meditated before or iyou've tried and just couldn't seem to get anywhere, this class will provide you with the guidance needed to commit to your own meditation practice. Even those who already meditate on their own can benefit from the amazing energy that is shared during this group meditation.
*It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow or blanket to sit on. Chairs are available if you prefer.

Anybody who attends both meditation classes held on the same day will receive a $4 discount on the 2nd class.
Who is Cindy?
Cindy began her spiritual journey nearly 30 years ago with daily meditation, after being inspired by Louise Hay's philosophy of mind/body/spirit health. Through her practice, Cindy discovered that she has the ability to tap into her intuitive self, and that is where her gift of energy healing was revealed. Breath work and acupuncture further exposed the innate wisdom of her soul and illuminated the quantum healing principle that the fluid flow of energy through the seven primary chakras is vital for mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
This vitality, and how to achieve it, is what Cindy shares with her clients. Her group meditation classes provide an inviting atmosphere where clients from beginners to advanced can begin to reveal the gifts that each person possesses to heal their body, increase their consciousness, communicate with their spirit guides, and create peace and calm outside meditation.
By combining breath work, intuitive visualization and a gentle meditative state, Cindy is able to subtlety move and balance energy, which can lead to profound benefits, including (but certainly not limited to) relaxation, recovery from illness, increased energy, restorative sleep, relief from pain, support of the immune system, emotional cleansing, and spiritual growth.
