ASTD Nebraska’s March programming event will be Appreciative Inquiry (AI). AI is an innovative way at looking at change, problem-solving, and organizational development. The premise is to utilize and expand on the things that are working well in human organizations…and from there duplicate and expand those efforts and mindsets.
Carol Horner, President of Synchronicity, Inc., will be the program and workshop facilitator. Horner believes that in order to affect positive and productive changes in people’s attitudes, performance and relationships, you need to actively engage them in their learning process and align them with key business objectives. All organizations are going through change. If you want to help your company change its mindset and implement the AI process, you won’t want to miss this program and/or workshop.
The event is a program and workshop opportunity on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Breakfast and networking will be from 7:30am-8:00am. The program will run from 8:00am-9:00am. Horner will also provide an additional workshop from 9:00am-11:00 am.
