The hubby and I also work together on a blog where we divulge the good, the bad and the ugly of our “real foods” lifestyle (EatingOutsideOfTheBox.com).

Interests

I enjoy helping others find local resources for their dietary, health and happiness needs. I love spending time in the kitchen and finding ways to make healthful eating a little easier for people. I enjoy blogging about my “real foods life” and sharing info with others on my websites, as I feel there is a lot we can all learn by seeing things “first hand.” I enjoy spending time with my husband as much as possible, which is often in the kitchen or our garden!
