Tim Guthrie’s “Flow” is a reflection on BP’s attempt to control and spin the media coverage of the Deep Horizon disaster. “Flow” incorporates digital video projection of footage captured from live BP web feeds of the leak, as well as news reports on both TV and the web. The projection shines through a 16-by-8 foot screen which alters and pixelates the video that can be seen from the other side, limiting the information available to the viewer.

“Flow” will be at the gallery until Sept. 10; a reception will be Sept. 9, 5-7 p.m. The gallery is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
